All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at jardel.ct@hotmail.com. We will investigate the issue with our supplier and offer a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. English Khari is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
