At English Khari, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

The following situations are eligible for a full refund or replacement:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Item was not delivered within 45 business days of the order date

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after the order has been shipped
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by customs or local postal services

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us at jardel.ct@hotmail.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A description of the issue
  3. Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

We will respond within 2–3 business days.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at jardel.ct@hotmail.com.

Shipping Costs

Refund-related return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
